Decades of publicly funded data. Gone in executive orders.
RIP Gov Data is a memorial for the government datasets being quietly deleted, restricted, or depublished — CDC health statistics, EPA environmental data, USDA nutrition and agricultural records, Labor Department employment figures, NOAA climate data, and more. This data was collected using public funds. It belongs to the public. Its deletion is not administrative housekeeping. It's evidence destruction.
You can't make good policy without data. That might be exactly the point.
Who it's for: Scientists, researchers, public health workers, environmental advocates, journalists, data journalists, and anyone who has tried to access a government dataset and found it gone.
Keywords: RIP Gov Data shirt, government data deletion protest tee, open data advocacy t-shirt, CDC EPA data accountability apparel, VOICWAR, evidence preservation clothing

“Every shirt here is something I’d wear myself. VOICWAR exists because staying silent isn’t an option — and neither is wearing a boring tee.”
